With Syracuse University looking to deliver the ultimate gaming and esports experience, they selected Daktronics for two massive video displays. To hear about all the aspects of the project and the entire gaming space, Justin and Matt visited with Joey Gawrysiak, Syracuse Executive Director of Esports, and Sean Kelly, Syracuse Director of Esports Production and Outreach. They shared the intention of the space, how it operates and how the displays help bring it to life for audiences.

When demonstration times are limited and showing the details of how something works is critical, high-resolution LED technology is certainly the answer. This is what Justin and Matt learned by talking with Mike Winter, President of Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. He shares his company’s story from getting started to becoming a global enterprise including the integration of a direct-view LED display into their showroom at their headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The trend of sportsbooks and huge LED video screens is continuing to heat up, so Matt and Justin sat down with Keith Nichols, Owners Rep at DKNQ, to hear how he’s integrated dvLED technology in these and other spaces. Keith also shares how he got started in the casino technology industry, aspects of implementation and the back end of designing these spaces using LED technology.
