Fandom is more than the hard-core fans that bleed their team’s colors. To hear all about it, we spoke with April Seifert, President and Data Scientist at Sprocket CX and Fautor Labs. She shared details of the 8 fan segments and the opportunities for deeper engagement across segments in all levels of sports.

Sometimes, starting the event production and broadcasting for a high school isn’t planned, or even your day job. That’s what we found out when sitting down with Ryan Remmers, Arrow TV Coordinator and Police Officer, and Austin Thompson, Watertown School District IT Technician. We discovered how they grew the production, expanded their broadcasting capabilities to be the best in the state of South Dakota for a high school, and how the students are at the center of it all.
